In spring 2015 we had visitors from Spain and Italy as part of the project we work on together called "A sound mind in a sound body - how to survive the changes in our world and be well". We spent fantastic ten days in Warsaw learning and having fun. See for yourself.

I visited a beautiful island of Sardinia with its white sandy beaches and charming picturesque little towns. I recommend it to everyone who loves sun, good food and relax :)
